Opportunities for Corporate Participation

All sponsors and exhibitors will have an opportunity to highlight their business to conference attendees in a 2-minute talk. Space is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsorships

Dinner Sponsor - $1500

  • Your company listed as dinner sponsor in all publicity
  • Your logo included on banner displayed during workshop dinner
  • Single Table Exhibit Booth
  • Two workshop registrations
  • Two banquet reservations

Session Sponsor - $1000

  • Your company listed as session sponsor in all publicity
  • Your logo included on banner displayed during session
  • Single Table Exhibit Booth
  • Two workshop registrations
  • Two banquet registrations

Coffee Break Sponsor - $800

  • Your company listed as coffee break sponsor in all publicity
  • Your logo included on banner displayed prominently during one break
  • Single Table Exhibit Booth
  • Two workshop registrations
  • Two banquet registrations

Note: Sponsors may upgrade to a double-table/exhibit booth for an additional $175.

Exhibit Hall Space

Note: Exhibit space will be open throughout the meeting.

Double Table/Exhibit Booth - $450

  • Includes space for two 6' x 2' tables or exhibitor's booth (~18' wide), two tables, chairs.
  • Includes two workshop registrations.
  • Add $50 for electricity (two outlets).

Single Table/Exhibit Booth - $350

  • Includes space for one 6' x 2' table, (~9' wide), one table, chairs.
  • Includes one workshop registration.
  • Add $50 for electricity (two outlets).

Unattended Table Space/Brochure Distribution - $100
(This option is intended for those who cannot attend the workshop in person but would like to make information about their company or organization available to attendees in the form of brochures, catalogues, or a small display.)

  • Includes space on half of one table (half of a 5' x 2' table).
  • No registrations included
  • Volunteers will set up your display and keep the table stocked with materials you ship to the vendor coordinator

Amenities Available (by Request) for Your Space

Internet connections for all three days (available for an additional charge)

  • $50 Telephone (dial-up) internet connection
  • $125 High-speed internet connection

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Vendor space must be reserved and paid by February 10, 2006. Vendor space cancellations after February 17, 2006 will incur a $50 fee for set-up costs.

Advertising must be paid in full by advertising submission deadline (January 30, 2006).. No changes, cancellations or refunds after that date.
