Mobile Weather Technology Vehicle Display

In conjunction with Storm Spotter Training

See the latest in mobile weather technology and its applications used by storm spotters.

This is a great "show and tell" opportunity for storm spotters. Many have worked long and hard to design, fabricate, and actually use their own vehicles for specific needs. Come meet spotters from across the nation, and of course, exchange stories.

  • Talk to many of the operators and owners of the vehicles
  • Get your questions answered about the "thingy-ma-jigs" on these vehicles
  • Learn how the information gathered is used to warn the public
  • Get ideas and bring your camera

When: 12:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m., Saturday, March 6, 2004

Where: North Parking lot of the National Center for Employee Development, 2701 E. Imhoff, Norman, Oklahoma

For information contact:
