All sponsors and exhibitors will have an opportunity to highlight their business to conference attendees in a 2-minute talk. Space is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Note: Sponsors may upgrade to a double-table/exhibit booth for an additional $200.

Payment and Cancellation Policy
Vendor space must be reserved and paid by February 14, 2008. Vendor space cancellations after February 21, 2008 will incur a $75 facility change fees.
Set-up Times and Details
There will be time to set-up at NCED on Wednesday afternoon and early Thursday morning. Vendors participating on Saturday will need to set-up their displays in the NWC Atrium Saturday morning.
