Opportunities for Corporate Participation

All sponsors and exhibitors will have an opportunity to highlight their business to conference attendees in a 2-minute talk. Space is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Sponsorships

• Single Table (Premium Space) Booth
  ($200 for Double Table upgrade)
• Two workshop registrations
• Two Dinner Registrations
• Power and Internet, if needed

Dinner Sponsor - $1500 - in addition to the above amenities, you will receive:

• Your company listed as dinner sponsor in the program and acknowledged at the dinner
• Your logo included on banner displayed during workshop dinner

Session Sponsor - $1000 - in addition to the above amenities, you will receive:

• Your company listed as session sponsor in the program
• Your logo included on banner displayed during workshop session

Coffee Break Sponsor - $800 - in addition to the above amenities, you will receive:

• Your company listed as coffee break sponsor in the program
• Your logo included on banner displayed prominently during one break

Note: Sponsors may upgrade to a double-table/exhibit booth for an additional $200.

Exhibit Hall Space

Double Table/Exhibit Booth - $550 Exhibit Hall, $725 Premium (Hallway)

• Includes space for two 5' x 2' tables or exhibitor's booth (~14' wide), two tables, chairs.
• Includes two workshop registrations.
• Add $25 for electricity

Single Table/Exhibit Booth - $325 Exhibit Hall, $500 Premium (Hallway)

• Includes space for one 5' x 2' table, (~7' wide), one table, chairs.
• Includes one workshop registration.
• Add $25 for electricity

Unattended Table Space for Brochure Distribution - $120
(This option is intended for those who cannot attend the workshop in person but would like to make information about their company or organization available to attendees in the form of brochures, catalogues, or a small display.)

• Includes space on half of one table (half of a 5' x 2' table).
• No workshop registrations included
• Volunteers will set up your display and keep the table stocked with materials you ship to the vendor coordinator

Amenities Available (by Request) for Your Space

Internet connections are available for Thursday and Friday (available for an additional charge)

• $50 Telephone (dial-up) internet connection
• $50 High-speed internet connection

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Vendor space must be reserved and paid by February 14, 2008. Vendor space cancellations after February 21, 2008 will incur a $75 facility change fees.

Set-up Times and Details

There will be time to set-up at NCED on Wednesday afternoon and early Thursday morning. Vendors participating on Saturday will need to set-up their displays in the NWC Atrium Saturday morning.
